Environmental site assessment phase 2 is an invasive procedure. It is not done as regular procedure. It is performed only when phase 1 report is suspected.
In
Phase 2 Environmental site assessment following sampling are done-
- Sediment
- Ground Water
- Surface Water
- Surface soil
- Subsurface soil
- Soil Vapour
These all are done for specific information regarding the subject property and land.

After a phase I environmental site assessment is suspected, phase 2 is required. Though, environmental site assessment phase 2 is an invasive procedure.
