Evironmental site assessment phase 1

Evironmental site assessment phase 1 includes only non invasive procedures like visual inspection for assessment of any risk of contamination. It  is a report developed for a real estate holding that points out potential or already existing environmental contamination liabilities.
But phase 2 is more invasive and includes sampling of soil, ground water and other things related to the land or property.
