Environmental Site Assessment Phase 2

Environmental site assessment phase 2 is often termed as invasive phase as it is actually a complete analysis of any land or property for assessment of contamination. This is carried out when a phase 1 environmental site assessment is done and detect some contamination. IN phase 2, sampling of ground water, soil and testing of underground tank storage content is done thoroughly for complete analysis of contamination. This procedure should be carried out before buying any property or land.
