Environmental Site Assessment Phase 1

Environmental site assessment phase 1 is a set of reports to detect the contamination of any land or property. This includes gathering of information about past and present uses of the land. In this procedure the site is inspected by an environmental professional familiar with the property. This procedure is a primary assumption of presence of contamination and if the report reveals something wrong then an environmental site assessment phase 2 is done.
